The Program refers to any course organized by Genesis Institute and includes the Fundamental Training Program (FTP), Live Lecture Series (LLS) and the Intensive Review Seminar (IRS). Student refers to a candidate enrolled for any of the Programs mentioned above with Genesis Institute.

• The CFA® Institute/GARP/ICAEW enrolment and registration fees are not included in the Program fees. This fee is set by the CFA® Institute/GARP/ICAEW and is payable to the CFA® Institute/GARP directly.
• The cost of study materials by Kaplan Schweser is not included in the Program fee. This material can be purchased additionally by the Student through Genesis Institute in the capacity of the official distributor of Kaplan Schweser study materials in the United Arab Emirates.

• Genesis Institute reserves the right to make variations to Program content, dates, and timings, if such action is deemed necessary by Genesis Institute.
• Students are responsible for regularly checking the Genesis Institute website (www.genesisreview.com) for the latest class and event schedules and venue details.
• Students are responsible for regularly checking their e-mail address for communications from Genesis Institute. Communications will be sent to the one email address identified by the Student.
• Students are responsible for notifying us immediately of any change in contact number and/or email address. Genesis Institute cannot be responsible for any class(es) missed if we are not provided with your current contact details in a timely manner.
• In the event that a Student misses class (es), there will not be any separate, individual catch-up class.

Students will get one copy of the slide handout for each study session/topic. Students who have misplaced or lost their study materials will not be given additional copies. For Students who fail to attend classes, all handouts and other classroom material will be distributed in the next class, if any, or will be couriered to their address at their own expense.
All study tools provided to the Student will be used by the Student and no one else. All purchases are non-refundable. The teaching method and methodologies contained in the material supplied are confidential and proprietary to Kaplan Schweser and Genesis Institute and are not to be transferred or divulged to any other person by resale of the material or otherwise.

Students wishing to defer their studies till the next exam/Program will NOT be granted a full or partial adjustment of their payable Program and/or product fees.

• Students are not allowed to record using any photographic, audio or video device any Genesis Program or part thereof.


• Students are requested to switch off their mobile phone or keep it on silent mode once the class has commenced.


• Students are requested to assist in ensuring that any and all litter is placed in the litter bins in order to maintain a garbage free, safe and healthy working environment.


• The classroom and offices of Genesis are non smoking zones.


• Genesis Institute reserves the right to terminate the Program enrolment of any Student acting in a manner that impairs, interferes with, or obstructs the orderly conduct, process, or functioning of the Program. In such a case, there will be no refund of the Program fees.

• Genesis is not responsible for any injury caused by or to the Student or any other person by the Student, nor for the loss or damage to any personal property of the Student or caused by the Student arising from participation in the Program, attendance at Genesis' premises or from the activities of Genesis.
• The Student agrees to participate in the Program at his or her own risk and agrees to release Genesis, its employees, agents and contractors from any claim which the Student might otherwise be able to make.

Genesis Institute's maximum liability relating to services under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid to Genesis Institute by the Student.
