Refund Policy

Refund Policy

The Program refers to any course organized by Genesis Institute and includes the Fundamental Training Program (FTP), Live Lecture Series (LLS) and the Intensive Review Seminar (IRS). Student refers to a candidate enrolled for any of the Programs mentioned above with Genesis Institute.

CFA®:

For the FTP and the IRS:

The Student may cancel registration until 3 days prior to the Program start date for a full Program fee refund.
There will be a 50% refund if the Student cancels registration within the 2 days prior to the Program start date.
There will be no refund if the Student cancels registration after the Program start date.

For the LLS:

Before (and including) the 3rd scheduled class from date of registration, Student has the ability to withdraw from the Program and receive a Program fee refund after deducting the cost of classes (if held already) calculated at AED 500 per class.
There will be no refunds after the 3rd scheduled class from date of registration.

FRM:

Before (and including) the 3rd scheduled class from date of registration, Student has the ability to withdraw from the Program and receive a Program fee refund after deducting the cost of classes (if held already) calculated at AED 600 per class and AED 1,485 for the cost of study material.
There will be no refunds after the 3rd scheduled class from date of registration.

Kaplan Schweser Study Materials:

Purchases of product packages, downloads, eBooks, electronic and online products/services, extended online access and previous year sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation or Return of any component contained within a product package will require the remaining items to be charged at full retail value plus a USD 20 administrative fee. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs, and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
