Binod likes to try out new teaching methods that make a subject clearer and more interesting. He also enjoys interacting with students and confesses that his biggest kick is when a student says that a class was amazing, an eye opener and that the student now sees the subject in an entirely different way. Binod does not like to deliver ‘good’ sessions; he says the aim frankly is to deliver sensational classes, something bordering on intellectual entertainment and an experience that a student will never forget. A tough target, especially given the dry and technical nature of most CFA® subjects but (and probably because of that challenge) hugely exciting!

An engaging, enthusiastic and dedicated professional with an excellent sales team to assist her, Ritu has several achievments under her belt. She was the first lady sales manager of Xerox India and winner of the Honours club Xerox 5 years in a row. Her vivacious personality and never-say-die attitutde makes her an asset to the Genesis team.
