Our experience is that it is simply not enough to be a CFA charterholder and to have a number of years of varied experience under your belt. That normally produces an ‘average’ teacher. We actively look for exceptional teachers and there are many other factors that go to making a great teacher including high energy levels, superior written and spoken English communication skills, empathy with students and of course, the passion to pass on knowledge.

So we pick our faculty with extreme care and faculty performance is closely monitored. Student feedback is an essential tool and we do take immediate action; any faculty who gets negative or average student feedback is not retained.
