Binod has 18 years of work experience, including 16 years in corporate life and a dozen years in the Middle East. He started his career in an industrial bank in India where he cut his teeth on project appraisal of small and medium enterprises. He then spent six years executing audit, financial due diligence, financial feasibility and valuation assignments with KPMG, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in Oman and Dubai before joining Nakheel, the property developer. More recently he was the Executive Director-Finance at Gulf Finance House in Bahrain. He has presented extensively on a range of subjects including accounting, real estate and project finance at high profile events such as the World Accounting Summit, Global Summit of the Institute of Management Accountants, Cityscape Asia, Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Getex Dubai and the MEED Islamic Project Finance conference.

Binod has been teaching advanced finance and accounting courses since 1996. He quit corporate life in 2009 to help set up and run Genesis Institute.

At Genesis, he has delivered presentations focused on the SME sector at the Dubai Health Care City and the Tecom SME Builder covering topics such as budgeting, cash flow management and financial control. He was recently selected by Potential (the online training initiative supported by Google, Intel, Zawya, Aramex and Michael Porter's AllWide Network) to deliver a series of sessions on finance for micro businesses.

Binod says that his focus as a Trainer, Mentor and Speaker is to deliver conceptual clarity, get to the core issues, build relationships, keep things simple (and fun!) and talk of practical and effective solutions.

Binod is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA® charterholder. Apart from training, his other passions include long distance running, high altitude trekking, long distance cycling, amateur acting and modern aviation. He recently (2011) completed the Dubai Marathon and climbed Mt Kilimanjaro.

Mohit has over eight years of experience covering portfolio and investment analysis, business valuations, corporate finance and financial modeling. Mohit was working as a Manager in Deloitte's Corporate Finance practice in Dubai handling the Middle East Region. During his term at Deloitte, Mohit has worked extensively in the financial services, real estate, and aerospace industry managing transactions in private placements, IPOs, M&A, and corporate advisory. He was also the training manager teaching various finance topics.

Mohit is on the executive committee of CFA® Emirates. He has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Honours) degree from York University in Canada and is also a CFA® charterholder. He has also completed Canadian Securities Course and the Technical Analysis Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
